In Project Data
  • added ability to disable file attachment links based on project permissions
  • added loading indicators for hitlist operations that load slower due to large data sets
  • improved Advanced Query to display wrapped list of batches from external files
  • improved Advanced Query to display both assay test date and assay reporting dat a
  • replaced the Cancel link with the Return to results link in the chemistry Single Edit screen 

In Single Registration
  • added visual indicators to highlight assay results that have an associated file attachment               

Bug Fixes 

In Biological Registration
  • fixed an issue where file validates successfully but shows an internal error during registration attempt
In Chemistry Registration
  • fixed an issue to display an error message when a user without view structure permission attempts to update molecular weight or molecular formula
  • fixed an issue where auto-generated batch Ids are not unique
In Dashboard
  • fixed an issue where in some cases project selection is not remembered, and notifications fail to show up
In Export
  • fixed an issue where export templates are not saved
In Project Data
  • fixed an issue where selected batch group can lose focus on search criteria screen
  • fixed an issue in Custom Export field selection dialog where the correct field name was not being displayed
  • fixed an issue where reloading query in Search Screen will not select all organisms by default under selected assay
  • fixed an issue where deleting part of an advanced query did not work in some instances
  • fixed an issue where query comments would not show in Save Query page
In SAR Table
  • fixed an issue where multiple values are not highlighted correctly when an assay result unit is empty
In Single View
  • fixed an issue where a batch’s comment count differs from the batch comment count displayed in search results
  • fixed an issue to synchronize the comment count with the comment count displayed in the search results page
